Help for restaurants on Castro Street and Murphy Avenue.

Two of Silicon Valley's best-known downtown dining streets sit a few miles apart, and both closed to cars to give restaurants outdoor space. When many restaurants are a short walk apart, diners compare reviews, hours, and menus on their phones before they choose. We help owners stop losing calls, bookings, and reviews in the rush.

What's different about a downtown dining street?

Your customers have many choices within walking distance. The restaurant that answers its phone, replies to reviews, and keeps its hours and menu current online is the one that wins the table. That matters most when a crowd arrives all at once.

Murphy Avenue, Sunnyvale

On Saturday mornings, the Sunnyvale Farmers' Market sets up right on Murphy Avenue[1] and the street is busy. Since 2023, the 100 block of South Murphy has been a pedestrian mall[2], and downtown also has an AMC movie theater[3] and a billiards hall, Lucky Shot Billiards[4], so a night out can run from dinner to a movie or a game of pool, with a drink at one of the area's bars and restaurants along the way. Lucky Shot is down a stairway off Murphy Avenue and easy to walk past if you don't know it's there, a good reminder of how much a place depends on being easy to find online. The crowd is already at your door when it decides where to eat. Restaurants that can quickly answer "are you open?" and "how long is the wait?", that let diners see an open table online without having to call, and that have a current menu and recent reviews, are easier to choose. In one national survey, 44% of diners said a restaurant was less appealing, and they stopped trying to book, when reservations were hard to get[5].

Castro Street, Mountain View

On Sunday mornings, the Mountain View Farmers' Market fills the Caltrain station parking lot[6], about a five-minute walk from Castro Street, which has been closed to cars for outdoor dining since 2020[7]. When a crowd is that close, your online hours, menu, and reviews decide whether the walk to your door is worth it.

What do you do for restaurants?

This applies to full restaurants and to the many downtown bars that serve food or run as a restaurant with a small bar.

  • Answer calls and reservation requests during service, so the host stand isn't tied to the phone.
  • Set up online reservations, so diners can see an open table without calling.
  • Draft review replies for you to approve before they post.
  • Make your menu something search tools and AI assistants can read.
  • Fill cancelled tables by text the moment they open up, and let diners join a waitlist online. 45% say that makes them more likely to dine there[8].

What restaurant owners usually ask first

Do you meet in person?

Yes. Mountain View and Sunnyvale are both in Santa Clara County, one of the four Bay Area counties where we meet in person.

Do you only work with restaurants on these two streets?

No. We work with restaurants across the Bay Area and beyond, in person in four counties and remotely everywhere else.

What does it cost?

Starting prices are published on our pricing page. For example, reputation management and AI receptionist setup each start at $500, and your fixed price is agreed after the audit, before any work begins.
